Meeting Room Reservations

Meeting rooms are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for REGISTERED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. Rooms must be reserved for business-meeting purposes only. We do not allow the use of our space for receptions, and alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

Special Note:
We do have Franciscan Ambassadors, or four-footed, furry friends that roam the halls of The Foundation. Please be advised of this for any allergies or other concerns you may have regarding cats and dogs.

Seats up to 24 adults around a large table and has a large projection setup.

Seats up to 16 adults around a large table and a 60-inch TV display.

Seats up to 16 adults and tables can be arranged. Drop-down projection equipment.

Please note: We ask that anyone booking a reservation will be able to verify that all participants in the meeting have been fully vaccinated or have a valid medical waiver. Pending environmental conditions at the time of the meeting, a duly authorized representative of the organization may also need to sign a liability waiver. Please call if you have any questions.
