Uplift Coaching: Sticks and Stones

Description: In this session, participants will understand microaggressions, their impact, and how to foster inclusive environments. This session will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize, address and mitigate microaggressions effectively. By the end of this session participants will be able to: • Define and understand microaggressions • Recognize the different forms of microaggressions • Develop effective communication and listening skills Note: You may attend one or both training dates. Uplift Coaching: The Generation Gap

Description: This session is designed to cultivate a harmonious and productive environment by helping participants understand and appreciate various generations in the workplace. The session aims to enhance the knowledge and skill to navigate the generational gaps, promote mutual understanding, and foster cross-generational collaboration. By the end of this session participants will be able to: • Understand generational differences • Explore and address biases around different age groups • Understand the uniqueness that different age groups bring to the workplace • Utilize tools to develop and manage multigenerational teams

Holiday Open House
