 Description:  This session invites participants to move beyond comfort and familiarity toward growth, understanding, and connection. Through honest reflection, shared dialogue, and practical tools, participants explore how difference can strengthen relationships, teams, and communities. This workshop creates space to acknowledge bias, challenge assumptions, and build trust, equipping people to work, lead, and live better together. By the end of this session participants will be able to:
  • Describe the link between comfort, discomfort, and growth.
  • Identify personal comfort zones and “default circles” of familiarity.
  • Name key barriers to embracing difference.
  • Practice listening, curiosity, and courageous conversation skills.
  • Build a personal commitment plan to apply Better Together principles in their context.
