Leadership In Action - Balancing the Skill, Will, & Communication with your Team Management is doing things right.  But leadership is doing the right things."  In this hands on presentation, participants will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into the leadership style that they are most aligned with, and how to integrate this approach with multiple management techniques that can be best adapted for their team.  Get ready for a fast, fun, and illuminating experience that will have us roll up our sleeves and walk away with immediate strategies that can be used with the teams that we each support on a day to to day basis.
