Description: In this session, participants will understand microaggressions, their impact, and how to foster inclusive environments. This session will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize, address and mitigate microaggressions effectively. By the end of this session participants will be able to:
• Define and understand microaggressions
• Recognize the different forms of microaggressions
• Develop effective communication and listening skills
