This session explores the importance of navigating situations that require a nuanced approach to decision-making. Participants will be equipped with the tools and strategies to apply critical thinking, consider diverse perspectives, and evaluate the potential impact of decisions. By the end of this session participants will be able to:

• Identify scenarios requiring high judgment and critical thinking
• Recognize the difference between communication and intentional communication
• Build intentional communication strategies that unlocks the potential in each teammate that creates a winning environment
• Apply critical thinking to balance business needs, teammate experience, and organizational culture
