Event Title: BEYOND RACE: Powerful Tools to Launch Learning Around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Workshop Description: Join us for this fast-paced, interactive, and tool-filled experience! Come learn a mixture of replicable tools and resources to be used in your critical conversations of diversity, class, and culture with your communities. This hands-on training will provide an overview of the Five Stages of Cultural Competence (National Center for Cultural Competence), the implementation of a MESA model to facilitation, and the application of multiple tools including MOSAIC, COAT OF ARMS, JOHARI’S WINDOW, and more.
